We’re looking for a strong and passionate PHP Backend developer to join a team of experienced developers. The job encompasses backend development, microservices, and deep web-infrastructure understanding. 

What will you do? 

  • You will DESIGN solutions to meet defined business requirements. 

  • You will DEVELOP API-first backend-side of the system according to high standards. 

  • You will SOLVE technical and architectural challenges and building it right! 

  • You will BE RESPONSIBLE to deliver your work to Production environment. 

Requirements: 

  • 4+ years of hands-on backend PHP development with MySQL and MongoDB, using popular MVC practices. 

  • Experience using Docker, Jenkins, Kibana, AWS – S3, SNS, ECS, RabbitMQ (or similar), Symfony, Laravel. 

  • Experience with delivering high-scale / high-traffic software. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills. 

  • Familiar with Scrum and CI/CD methodologies. 

  • English – Upper-Intermediate 

  • Advantage - Experience with Python, AWS Lambda and NodeJS. 

  • Advantage – Experience with ReactJS and full-stack skills.

Senior Frontend React Developer Position

We’re looking for a strong and passionate Frontend developer to join a team of experienced developers and to professionally lead the Frontend and React topics in our company. 

The job encompasses web development, microservices, deep infrastructure understanding and UI/UX engineering. 

What will you do? 

  • You will DEVELOP client-side applications according to high standards. 

  • You will IMPLEMENT UI and help designing the UX 

  • You will LEAD the client-side development topic in the company, including common practices, tools, coding standard and guidance to colleagues.  

  • You will SOLVE technical and architectural challenges, play a key role in building it right! 

Requirements: 

  • 4+ years of hands-on frontend development, using React and React Native. 

  • Perfect in JavaScript, TypeScript (would be a plus). 

  • Deep understanding of React Architecture, Hooks. Webpack, SASS, LESS. 

  • Experienced with Material-UI and Bootstrap.  

  • Experienced with Microservices and REST APIs. 

  • Experienced with Scrum and CI/CD methodologies. 

  • English writing and speaking – a must

Customer Support Representative (English-speaking)

A Customer Service Representative, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming email/phone/chat conversation

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • Fluent English writing and speaking- a must

  • Proven customer support experience

  • Track record of over-achieving goals

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems and practices

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • BA degree
