Payment for translators is calculated according to the project's word count, when the rate is set according to the project's language pair. Language pairs are divided into two groups: Exclusive and Regular, each group has a different payment rate.
In addition to the standard payment, a bonus payment will be added to each project. The bonus payment will be calculated per word and will be available for conversion 30 days after the project had been designated complete, assuming the customer was 100% satisfied with the translation.

- Exclusive Languages:
- From English to: Norwegian, French Canadian, Icelandic, Irish, Japanese, Swiss (DE, IT, FR) and Flemish.
- From the following languages to English: German, Cantonese, Irish, Finnish, Japanese, French Canadian, Korean, Icelandic, Norwegian, Swedish and Swiss (DE, IT, FR).
- Hebrew to German/French.
- French to German.
This group may include other uncommon language pairs.
The rate for General translation for this group is $0.11/word, out of which 0. 4 cents are added as bonus. The rate for Expert translation in this group is $0.14/per word, out of which 0.8 cents are added as bonus.
2. Regular Languages: This group includes all language pairs which are not included in the Exclusive group.
The rate for General translation in this group is 5.4 cent/word, out of which 0.4 are added as bonus. The rate for Expert Translation in this group will be 9.2 cent/word, out of which 0.4 cents are added as bonus.
