Once your translation project is done, the subsequent editing project will open. As technically it is a new project, it may take up to 24 hours for this project to be started by an editor. Once it starts the countdown timer will show how long the editing process is supposed to take.
“In Review” project’s status means that the translation is undergoing an additional quality check. For Translation+Editing service, the translation project will be in review until the subsequent editing is done. Once the editing part is ready, the project will turn from “In Review” to “Ready” status and you will be able to download edited translation from the project page.
You may write a note to the translator in the designated field in step 5 of our Translation Wizard. You may also chat with the translator using the Discussion Board once the translation starts. If you have any special requests, please make sure you communicate them clearly to the translator.
Simply go to our home page and follow the 5 simple steps of our Translation Project Wizard. Once you complete the steps and click "Translate Now", you will be redirected to the Order Summary page, where you can check your price quote and pay for the project.
This button allows you to send your translation to your in-house reviewer directly from the site. Your reviewer can upload a reviewed file directly to your Project Page and communicate with the translator via the Discussion Board there. Please remember that in order to do this the reviewer should have a profile on our site and log in.
A project is turned to "Completed" four to seven days after the translation is submitted or after the last comment was posted on the Discussion Board. Before that, a project is in "Ready" status, and you can still use the Discussion Board to communicate with the translator if needed.
When you click the ‘Cancel’ button on the Project Page, the credits paid for the project are fully refunded to your account. The credits never expire and can be used for your future translation projects at any time.
When uploading your file in step 4, simply change the word count manually according to the part you wish to translate. Please add a Note for Translator (found in step 5) mentioning which parts should be translated. You may also consider highlighting the section/s that require translation.
In most cases, it will be the same format you submitted the source text in. For the list of supported file formats please click here. If you wish to receive the translation in a specific format, please add a Note for the Translator (found in step 5 of our Wizard), asking for the format you need
