In order to assign an exclusive translator to your project in a specific language pair, you may click the 'Add translator to MyTeam' button on your project page. You will be able to subscribe to MyTeam, a service that provides you with a dedicated team of exclusive translators. An exclusive translator is the only one who can access your projects within his/her language pairs. If you want to allocate your project to translators other than your exclusives, simply click the 'Get it Faster' button on your Project Page.
