Introducing Our New ‘Send to Your Reviewers’ Feature – Now You Can Share Your Translation with Your in-house Reviewers Directly from the Project Page!!
‘Send to your Reviewers’
Many of our multi-national customers check the translations with their local representatives in the different countries they operate in.
Until today, the process was cumbersome and slow. With the newly released “Send to Your Reviewers” button you can now send a translation to your own reviewers directly from the project page.
The seamless integration between the translation process and your in-house reviews greatly improves the quality of the translation of each and every project. It prevents “broken communication” and reduces the time and effort it takes to get to the desired result.
Using this feature, your in-house reviewers will be able to see the translation and post her remarks directly onto the Project Page, without you having to manually send the translation to your reviewers, wait for the reviews and then communicate back and forth with the translator.
“Send to your Reviewers” is an additional layer in our Quality Assurance methodology, which includes real-time reviews by our translators community and the in-project review process.
How to use it
You are invited to send a project to your reviewers next time you use One Hour Translation. Simply click the ‘Send to your Reviewers’ button on the upper right hand side of the Project Page after the translation is ready:
Once you click it, a pop up will appear, asking you to enter your reviewers email addresses. You can enter several emails separated by commas.
After clicking Send, your reviewers will receive an email with a direct link to the Project Page. When your reviewer finishes the review, she will be able to enter her comments in a dedicated discussion board or even upload files with changes etc.
The translator will then adjust her translation and re-submit the updated translation version.
This feature enhances our belief in an open and direct communication between our customers and translators.
We are looking forward to hear your feedback!
