A New Study by One Hour Translation Shows that 50 Percent of Fortune 500 Companies do not translate their content

 

This is especially interesting in a world of global commerce with developing markets gaining an increasing share in the global economy. Some of the categories in which companies do not translate online content include energy and utility (83%), retail (66%) and health (65%).

New Customer loyalty program – priority in project handling, translator allocation and customer support

One Hour Translation has recently launched a new customer loyalty program. Customers can get Gold, Platinum etc. status based on their purchases and the number of projects they have.

Customers also receive special medallions such as Enterprise, for enterprise customers, VIP customers, and strategic customers. Evangelist customers that help promote One Hour Translation receive a special medallion for that.

The medallions can be viewed on the project pages as well as in the control panel. They give customers priorities with translator allocation, project handling, customer support and occasional promotions given solely to select customers.
