Send to Mail - NEW FEATURE!
Need the translated files/ text delivered to your email?
We just added a “Send to email” button on the project page. When the translation is ready you can click the button and the translated files or text will be emailed immediately to the email address you registered with.

Enter Credit Card details once
One Hour Translation does not save credit card details on file in order to maintain high degree of customer data security. We have started working with Plimus, one of the leading payment processing companies in the world.
Using Plimus’ secure infrastructure we are now able to encrypt credit card details. You now need to enter your card details only once and not each time you buy translation.

TransBox
The use of TransBox, our unique human-translation email interface has grown dramatically in the past few months. More and more organizations realize the advantages of contacting their customers in the customer’s native language.
With TransBox, when you receive an email in Chinese for example you can send it to Chinese2English@onehourtranslation.com the email will be translated to English. You can answer it in English and send back to English2Chinese@onehourtranslation.com the email will be translated back to Chinese and if you like, even sent directly to the customer on your behalf.

Allocate more time – NEW FEATURE!
Translation quality is the most important thing to us at One Hour Translation. The system allocates sufficient time to guarantee high quality translation that is done without haste, while requiring the translator to focus only on the project at hand.
Sometimes, the translator may require additional time to finish the translation or to proofread the result one last time. In these cases he/she can ask the customer for additional time. The system will ask the customer to approve extension of the deadline. Allocating more time is done on the project page.
