Provide customer/translators support via email:
Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's/translator's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
English fluency required (reading and speaking)
Customer support experience - an advantage.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Available to work in day and night 9h shifts, including weekends
Ability to do basic mathematical calculations.
Basic technological knowledge (Office, Internet etc.)
Prioritizes and plans work activities
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
