Work with various file formats and software.
Assist and coordinate the sales and support teams.
Deal with common issues in the technical background.
Customer support experience - an advantage but not mandatory
English fluency required (reading and speaking)
Available to work in day and night shifts, including weekends
Ability to do basic mathematical calculations.
Basic technological knowledge (Office, Internet etc.)
