Actually I have to admit that I was extremely impressed and 100% satisfied with your service (better than satisfied really). I e-chatted with one of your customer reps late last night, submitted the text and it turned around in less than the promised two hours. I have a native speaker review it this morning, and in 540 words, there was only one mistake (minor) and one word that was slightly grammatically incorrect. To be that is a fantastic product. I thank you. You helped me in a pinch.
