Who translates my text?
We have a network of over 8000 translators around the world. All our translations are human translations and are not performed through automated software. We examine their results and make sure that we keep a high quality database of translators.
How fast will I receive completed work?
Super fast! Our large database ensures that there are always translators, connected to our system, that are notified in real-time about a need for a translation. They know they have to respond quickly in order to get the job. They are aware of the tight yet reasonable time frames we promise our customers.
How much would it cost?
The price you pay depends solely on the number of words you have submitted for translation. The language does not affect the pricing and there is no minimum fee. The price you will pay is calculated like this: For each word you submit for translation you will pay $0.05 US.
Is there a special rate for large projects?
Yes there is. We offer various translation bundles to fit your specific needs. Our translation bundles include words packages of 5,000, 10,000, 50,000 and 100,000 words and naturally the cost per word decreases as the number of words purchased in a bundle is increased.
Translation service are usually costly. How come your service so affordable?
Having a database of over 8000 translators that are connected to our network, our incoming translation projects are offered to based on a dynamic first-bidder-wins method. This enables us to keep a low-cost web platform. In addition, our pricing is based on word count, you only pay for the amount of words you submitted. This is the other factor that makes One Hour Translation cheaper than other translation service.
How do I pay?
Our current methods of payment include PayPal or Credit Card. You can pay with your PayPal account or pay with your credit card.
This also means that you don’t need to identify yourself on this website. You only need to use the username you choose for this website.
What is PayPal
The safest, easiest way to pay and get paid online. It allows anyone from over 190 countries and regions to pay online using the payment method they prefer, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Amex), bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

What if PayPal doesn’t work in my country?
In this case you can pay directly with your credit card or you can contact us and we will find a way to make sure you can benefit from our fast, affordable human translations.
We currently support MoneyBookers, WesternUnion and wire transfers. Please note that for these specific services, additional fees may apply.
What if I’m not satisfied with the results?
The procedure we follow ensures your satisfaction. Before the translator is paid, you can review his/her work and ask for corrections or improvements. If you are still not satisfied with the results, we re-direct the project to a different translator at no additional cost.
How do I submit a translation project?
By using our user-friendly submission form. Choose the language of the source and of the output and submit the text in the form or by uploading a document.
Do you plan on adding other languages?
We will add more languages based on your needs and the availability of human translation in our database.

Who is behind One Hour Translation?
One Hour Translation was founded in 2008 by Three Innovators Ltd. We created this service because we were searching for quick, professional and affordable translations and could not find a service that provided us the high quality human translation we needed. Using traditional translation service was too expensive and automated translation software products are not reliable.
